浅谈幼儿早期教育的包容实践性(即新学期老师家长的角色)

下周我们将进入新的学期，回归幼儿学校的宝宝们是否翘首以盼了呢？而作为爸爸妈妈在新的学期从着装、饮食、情绪交往中和您浅谈幼儿早期教育的包容实践性。

包容性实践活动，是瑞吉欧教学中“每个孩子都是独一无二的”这一理念的具体表现是要求教师了解每个幼儿的学习需求并给予满足。

着装

初春的天气早晚温差大孩子不容易适应，在衣着上注意衣着要轻便，不要过于繁琐。避免幼儿入厕和活动不变。早晚温差大来学校时穿棉服外套校服，配运动校服，带上马夹以便在餐厅和室内活动方便。

关注天气温度，要带户外运动校服，其实寒冷的天气是无法阻止我们去户外探索的，但不幸的是较差的空气质量却阻挡了大家户外运动的步伐。

注意观察幼儿有不舒服的症状要及时服药，防止春季感冒。作为一位母亲，我十分理解其重要性，当家长看到自己的孩子身体不适，他会感到焦虑，这让我感同身受。我希望自己和教师能够竭尽全力提供依据来支持家长。有特殊情况或幼儿特殊体质，请及时联系外交助理、英文老师，避免发生意外。

饮食

孩子经过假期的休息，重新开始幼儿学校的集体生活。在诸多方面不能够很快适应，尤其饮食方面。

孩子对环境的适应需要一个过程也许会出现饮食不良，建议家长给孩子进行补充。如：脱脂牛奶、水果、易消化的食物，并及时反馈给英文助教老师。多吃一些清淡的食物，增加活动量调整饮食结构，保证孩子这段时间的身体正常消耗。

情绪

帮助孩子克服害羞，给予情感上的支持；帮助孩子了解控制自己的情绪及关爱他人；重视孩子让孩子感到自己被理解和包容；每天和孩子用英语和普通话进行交流快乐的事，并给于鼓励和赞美，通过倾听和了解让孩子感到自己是大家庭中的一员。

交往

鼓励孩子探索发现周围的人和事，鼓励孩子发掘自身特质，并和其他孩子一起分享，鼓励多交朋友，有益于他们了解什么才是最好的朋友，我们应愿意倾听重视及平等对待孩子，一定确保孩子的心理需求得到满足。

家长和老师在孩子们的健康成长中扮演着重要的角色，我们所营造的环境不仅是物质上的更应该是充满关爱和相互尊重的，这样的环境才有利于发展孩子的社交技能和培养孩子的情感。

在瑞吉欧的教学法中，尊重孩子的个性，构建积极的关系“每个孩子都是独一无二的”。他们持之以恒，自我创造意识强，且有很强的适应力，他们聪明能干，充满自信。

借此机会我向大家介绍，来自英国南非的外交Anelle老师，继Elsabe加入幼儿学校后，Anelle也于近日加入到了威思德大家庭中。她拥有双学士学位，有三年半的幼儿教育经验，她是孩子们的班主任老师，会在教室里帮助孩子、支持他们的语言发展。同时，我感到她们的加入，也使我们的中外教学团队不断得到加强，当您在幼儿学校看到她时，请和她打声招呼。

A new term is coming next week. Are your babies looking forward to coming back to their school? I want to talk with all the parents about the inclusive practicality of early education in terms of dressing, catering, emotion and socialization.

In Reggio teaching, “Every child is unique.” is our philosophy, which embodies  the inclusive practicality activities. Every educator should know the learning needs of our children and satisfy them.

Dressing

The temperature difference is bigger between morning and evening in early Spring. And it's difficult for children to adapt the environment. The dressing should be light instead of the overloaded to convenient the children's activity. In the morning, they can come to school wearing cotton uniform and sport uniform and bringing a waistcoat for the indoor activities.

Pay attention to the temperature. Bring the uniform to school for outdoor activities. In fact, nothing can stop our steps for exploring outside besides the cold weather, but except the polluted air. It's really a pity.

Pay attention to the situation that children need to take some medicine if they are ill, and be careful of flu in spring.As a mother,I seriously know the importance of it.Parents will feel anxious if their kids are ill,which is also the way I feel.I hope teachers and I will try our best to help parents to be much better to take care of our children.Please contact teacher assistants,if our children have any special situations in case of accident.

Catering

Children will not adapt themselves so quickly to fit the school life,especially in  catering,when they are back to school after their long vacation.

It takes time to adapt themselves to fit a new environment for children.Sometimes,they may not digest very well.So,we recommend that parents can give them the food that can be digested easily,such as skim milk,fruits and so on and give some feedback to teacher assistants.Give children food without too much salt to eat,let them do more activities,adapt their diets ,and make sure that children has enough nutrition for their body.

Emotions  

Help children to overcome shy emotion and give them more support in emotions.Help children to control their emotions and take care of other people's emotions.Pay more attention to children and make them feel that they are understood and cared.Communicate with children in English and Chinese when you are talking with children about the things happening everyday and show your appreciation and encouragement to them.Make children feel like they are one of the members of your family by listening and understanding.

Communication

Encouraging kids to explore the persons and things , to share with other kids, to make friends. It is good for them to know what is best friend, we should listening and treat the kids fair. We do ensure that kids feel full inside.

Parents and teachers play important role in kids lives.The surrounding not only money but love and respect. The surrounding that will be good for kids to developing their social skills and emotions and feelings.

In Riggio, to respect kids' personality, construct good relationships, every child is unique. They can keep doing something, they are creativity, they are smart and confidence.

Now I introduce a new foreign teacher to every body , named Anelle From South Africa UK, she is a member of our School. She got double degree, she has been a teacher in one preschool 3 and a half years. She will help kids and support them to developing language in the classroom .At the same time, I think Elsabe and Anelle two foreign teachers joined us, to make our teacher group stronger, When you see her at our school ,please say hello to her.
